“I have no boy good things to say about my stay. The staff was kind and the room as fantastic! I bed was soft enough but not too soft and the pillows were perfect. It was the relaxing night I needed.”

“The room was very very dirty, smelled super bad!!! The sheets were very dirty looked like it many people used them. I wished I knew more about this place!! Drugs were being sold outside our entrance door. We left could not stay was scared for our life!”

“Perfect location. Everything was walkable and close. Staff was amazing, friendly and warm. Bar staff was exceptional. Ramsey made us feel right at home even though we were 2,500 miles away!!”

“Sunday front desk staff needs to be fired. No customer service whatsoever. This hotel has everything you could want but their people including their general manager need to be replaced with someone who understands how to listen to their customer and to respond appropriately.”
